Distilled in 2001 from molasses using a pot still and aged for 16 years

Sample Depaz Cuvée de la Refondation de Saint-Pierre 2023 45% 3cl The modern company dates toThe "Cuve de la Refondation de Saint Pierre" was produced in Martinique at the Depaz distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 6 years 20 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 400 bottles.
